Our System

Comments are all handed out on the day of the competition, judges can be assured it is not scanned or put out in public. We use a "label" system, where comments are stuck onto the tabulated mark sheets. For grades, numbers are handwritten on a board, saving cost on printing, with the comments picked up before leaving for the day. Although it may be considered "old school" these days, it keeps costs down and efficiency up.

Currently, our capacity is single stage feises, with the limiting factor being grades competitions. With the rapid intake of competitions, it is hard to keep everyone on schedule with more than 3 or at most 4 grade stages. If the feis can supply additional volunteers to assist in running results, we can discuss what we can do for your day!
